The Neural Net
The most evil institution in American history
As mentioned in my previous article on the satellite, by planting messages in the mind of a recipient, and then reading the thoughts of the recipient back to the sender, the satellite operated by the FBI can be used as a telepathic communications device. The following information comes from my FBI sources and is to the best of my understanding of what I have been told.
The use of the satellite as a form of communication has provided a means of networking human minds together. This collection of networked human minds has created a separate and unique institution within the FBI known as the neural net.
According to what I have been told, a couple of power-hungry FBI agents, upon wresting control of the satellite, have used control over the targeting capabilities of the satellite to coerce the other FBI Agents who are ‘read in’ to the satellite into form of slavery, by threatening to use the satellite to kill their loved ones in the outside world, all the while reading their minds to stay one step ahead of any plans of escape or rebellion.
This has formed the basis for a highly secret, neo-feudal organization with the goal of satisfying the insatiable appetites of its masters for power.
Though the FBI was given control over the satellite ostensibly to fight terrorists, the neural net has instead turned the satellite against American society itself. I have been told the satellite has been used to influence journalists, politicians and even judges.
If what I have been told has any merit, many who have known about the satellite have wanted to reveal its existence to the public, as it presents the greatest scandal in American history.
However, like other professionals in highly secretive national security projects, to get access to the satellite as a civil servant you must get specifically ‘read in’ by signing a special non-disclosure agreement. I am told that this NDA is totally airtight and contains prison terms of as long as 50 years as a penalty for breaching it.
To recruit test subjects for their top secret weapons platform, the neural net’s masters have paid gangstalkers to groom and ‘break’ vulnerable young adults, who, once beaten into submission, are then connected to the neural net where they are force-fed instructions from a team of ‘handlers’ who then manipulate and denigrate them, all while their minds are read by the satellite. Because this process happens every waking hour of the day, the victim is effectively given the symptoms of schizophrenia.
As the neural net has expanded in scope, more and more personnel from other institutions and even other countries have been ensnared in the neural net. Often, individuals with unique talents or skills are asked to join a ‘top secret’ project, and then after signing the NDA find suddenly find themselves suddenly stuck in the neural net.
I have been told that as many as 100,000 people are in the neural net at any point in time.
