The Cover Up
Mountlake Terrace is at the epicenter of a national battle to keep gangstalking - and the satellite - a secret.
It is interesting that as bad as gangstalking is for a community, there so little information that is available on it online - especially when you consider how long it has been happening.
To give you an idea of just how long - by the time the FBI approached me in May of 2025 I had already been gangstalked for over 10 years. That is a very, very long time to keep an emerging form of crime under wraps in a democratic society where court records are almost always public.
There are plenty of reasons why, at least in our community, the local authorities might not be very interested in talking about their investigation of our gangstalking problem. Our community has suffered terribly, and for a long time, while the light of suspicion was being trained on the wrong guy.
However, this is consistent with what appears to be a national pattern of secrecy regarding gangstalking industry.
Even now in 2026, the Wikipedia article for gangstalking still says that it is a “persecutory belief system”. There are over 17,000 state and local law enforcement agencies in the United States. If gangstalkers are actually getting charged and put away couldn’t someone just fix the Wikipedia article in 45 minutes with a single unsealed court case?
The FBI is a national institution with the clout to hold back the floodgates. Even though local law enforcement is funded at the local level and answers to local elected officials, my sources say the immense resources of the FBI give it real sway with which to swear local police agencies to secrecy.
However, several factors have aligned to enable the Mountlake Terrace Police Department to break open the gangstalking story.
According to a source with access to the matter:
“Nathan, the reason why Mountlake Terrace is special is that you, Nathan Berkowitz were a prime suspect in the sexual assaults that were happening across the Puget Sound region, and you gave us information that conclusively showed that not only were you innocent, but also, that you were absolutely being pursued by a group of organized criminals, and that is why the Mountlake Terrace Police Department is holding up the disclosure of anything related to gangstalking.”
Though it was hardly the first time the police had heard of gangstalking, because my assailants were on a crime spree trying to get me thrown in prison, the police had the basis they needed to investigate the claims I made independently of the FBI.
My source continues:
“Nathan, gangstalking victims often go to their local police departments, but the problem is, the FBI does not let the local police investigate because the FBI says that the gangstalkers are themselves Confidential Informants.”
Similarly, when I asked the Mountlake Terrace Police Department to investigate the FBI’s use of the satellite to alter my nervous system in 2025, I gave them information that I had gathered myself, as well as information from my handlers at the FBI.
According to a source with access to the matter, though I had become a Confidential Informant by that time, the fact that I went to Mountlake Terrace Police directly, and had asked the MLTPD to investigate, meant the information was in the control of the MLTPD, and not the FBI.
It is important to remember that as a local police department, the MLTPD is not a part of the FBI, and does not report to the FBI. It reports to - and is funded by - a local elected body, the City Council of Mountlake Terrace.
The same is true for virtually all of those 17,000 state and local law enforcement institutions I mentioned before. So what gives?
There are a number of explanations.
I have been told that the FBI demands that local law enforcement maintain secrecy around any discussion of what it calls ‘sensitive subjects’ - especially if it’s in writing.
Among the most sensitive of the subjects are the gangstalkers, the satellite - and me.
According to one of my sources inside the Neural Net, “Nathan, the FBI is threatening to totally revoke all access to all resources that it has in order to prevent any local law enforcement from saying anything in writing about the satellite and the gangstalkers.”
My understanding from the context of this discussion was that this threat was issued not just to the Mountlake Terrace Police Department, but to police departments across the United States.
Interestingly, I have also been told that this threat also extends to any mention of myself personally.
This is a very serious threat, because the FBI maintains several databases that I have been told are absolutely essential for law enforcement work. One example is the Next Generation Identification System (NGI), the FBI’s biometric database which contains everything from fingerprints to facial recognition data.
A source refers to NGI as a “law enforcement staple”, without which “it is almost impossible to run a police department.”
The same could be said for the phone database the FBI runs.
It’s not hard to imagine how useful the ability to compel secrecy from your local police department would be for a secret police institution with skeletons in its closet.
After all, one might think that if there is anybody who would be very familiar with the sins of the FBI, it would be the boots on the ground at your local police department.
But it’s not just sticks - as the law enforcement agency with a vast budget that is considered by many to be the ‘biggest game in town’, the FBI has numerous carrots they can extend.
“Nathan, the thing about the new chief, is that he is already considered an asset by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the thing is, he is so new, that he is not considered to be someone who can be counted on - especially if someone else takes over on a more permanent basis.”
Another obstacle to finding the truth is the possibility that the FBI itself is just acting as a proxy for the Neural Net - although it would explain why the FBI would be working so hard to conceal the gangstalking industry from the public.
If it is in fact true that Targeted Individuals in the United States are stored in the FBI’s own tracking system as Confidential Informants, then it seems unlikely that no one in the larger FBI would know who these people were or what purpose they served.
My handlers in the Neural Net tell me that this kind of arrangement is very typical of how the Neural Net likes to operate. One of them told me:
“Nathan, the way the FBI - I mean the Neural Net - operates is that they never have their own people doing anything. They always are going to be using the FBI to do their dirty work for them.”
Given the stakes of the impending PR catastrophe represented by the Neural Net and its evils, one has to take statements like this with a grain of salt.
Whatever its relationship to the larger FBI, the Neural Net is highly incentivised to ensnare the larger FBI into this mess so it can enlist the resources of what might be, at least on paper, its ‘parent entity’ into its fight for survival.
I would eventually publicly demand an investigation into the satellite on Twitter, in a tweet I would later delete.
The Mountlake Terrace Police Department would throw me in a psych ward shortly thereafter.
Thinking about this reminds me of a trip to the bookstore.
The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene is, I’m told, required reading for everyone in the FBI - and the Neural Net.
The fact that I hadn’t read it yet was a particularly sore subject back when the institution was still pining for me to become an FBI agent.
That evening, I finally got curious enough to flip through it and see what all the fuss was about.
It was an interesting book, although I didn’t find it the total earthquake that everybody else thought it would be.
But I do remember Law 26, (although it took a Google to refresh my memory): Keep your hands clean.
Particularly topical was the part about how you should always have a ‘fixer’ doing certain tasks for you that are unpleasant or unseemly.
Seems germane enough.
